Delivery Address

To ensure your order is delivered correctly and within the expected timeframe, it is essential that the address is entered completely and accurately. Please include the street number, floor/apartment number, and any other necessary details.

thewalks is not responsible for failed or incorrect deliveries due to incomplete addresses or instances where the carrier has been instructed to leave the package unattended.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing time that is independent of the shipping duration.

  • The average preparation time for an order is 0 to 1 business day (Monday to Saturday).

Shipping Time

The average delivery time is 1 to 3 business days once the package has been handed over to the courier service.

Delivery Confirmation

If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact thewalks within a maximum of 30 days to initiate a claim.

Please note:

  • The claim process with the courier company may take up to 30 days.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for orders marked as "Delivered" according to the carrier's official tracking data.

Out of Stock Items

If your order contains multiple items and one is out of stock, we will ship the available products immediately. For the unavailable items, we will offer you an alternative product or a full refund via the original payment method.

Additionally, please be aware that a single order may arrive in multiple separate packages.
