All products sold on our website are covered by our “Satisfaction Guaranteed” clause.
Right of Withdrawal – 30 Days
You have a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of your package to return one or more items, at your own cost and risk, without the need to justify the reason.

If the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be extended to the next business day.

Items must be returned within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the order. Returns made outside of this period will be subject to exceptional authorization. If accepted, a refund will be processed.

Returns that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
Missing Products or Incomplete Orders
If any product is missing from your order, you must notify us within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt. We may request a photo of the package and the original packaging to proceed with the corresponding refund.
Order Refunds
Once the return is accepted, we will proceed to refund the amount corresponding to the returned item.

After the 30-day period, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs Duties
Any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable. If a package is rejected due to customs fees, the refund—once the package is received back at our warehouse—will cover only the products received, excluding shipping costs.
Opened or Used Products
No refund will be issued for any product that has been opened, used, or is not in suitable condition for resale.
Legal Right of Withdrawal (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007)
In accordance with Article 102 and following of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, consumers have a period of 30 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from a distance contract without justification and without incurring additional costs other than those provided by law. The period begins:

For orders with multiple goods delivered separately, from the receipt of the last item.

Upon approval, a pre-paid return label will be sent to you via email. You must pack the items correctly, attach the return label, and drop off the package at the designated post office.
Refund Timeframes
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned product or from the moment the customer provides proof of shipment. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer and at no additional cost.
